FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the power industry, and specifically to autonomous power sources. Autonomous power supply unit contains a protective housing of explosion-proof design, which is structurally divided into two interconnected working compartments. First compartment has three operational parts, one of which is designed to accommodate a fuel energy source, heat exchange equipment, measuring electrical equipment, as well as supply and exhaust ventilation subsystems. Second and third operational parts are interconnected with said first, physically separated from each other and include a logical control module, electric energy storage means and an intermediate conversion device for connecting a solar photovoltaic panel located on the outer side of the protective housing, electrically connected by means of external line with fuel source of energy, which is cooled by means of heat exchange equipment. Second compartment is an explosion-proof gas control station, the equipment of which is involved in fuel transfer to the first compartment.
EFFECT: improving reliability and safety of power supply.
