FIELD: road construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to road barriers of barrier type. Road barrier comprises posts, cantilevers and beams with longitudinally extended holes for their attachment to posts through cantilevers by means of bolted connections. Beams are made in at least one tier, attachment of beams to cantilevers, as well as their connection to each other is made in middle part of longitudinally extended holes by means of at least one bolted connection, which contains at least one washer, longitudinally extended holes are made along beams in at least one row. Beams are connected to each other on cantilevers of posts or to each other with an overlap. Optimum length of longitudinally extended holes is determined by mathematical relationship, initial data for this are values of allowable dynamic deflection on this section of road and predicted length of section of deformed beam.
EFFECT: reduced stiffness of barrier-type road barrier structure, possibility of adjustment of stiffness of barrier-type road barrier structure.
