SUBSTANCE: induction device for food preparation includes housing, above which heat-resistant working surface is installed, wherein said surface has a through hole through which a temperature sensor passes, supported upward to provide contact with the lower side of the cooking container, the device further comprising a non-conducting clamping assembly for clamping the working surface; wherein clamping assembly serves as support for reciprocal motion for temperature transducer assembly that supports thermal transducer.
EFFECT: invention provides creation of induction cooktop with increased temperature control accuracy of food preparation and expanded functionality.
