FIELD: heat exchange equipment.
SUBSTANCE: increase in the number of burners due to their location on both sides of the combustion chamber of the boiler and increase in the number of nozzles due to the arrangement of gas headers, better mixing of gas and air on both sides of the boiler, which eliminates the need to supply excess amount of secondary air, increases efficiency of the boiler, reduces the height of the flame and dimensions of the boiler.
EFFECT: in the furnace space, the number of burners can be greater than in the prototype with the same power and dimensions, wherein the power of each burner will be twice less, and the nozzles will be twice as large, which enables to obtain better primary air injection in each burner, better mixing of the gas-air mixture inside the burner itself and reduce the need for the amount of secondary air and the dependence on the need to adjust its concentration over the section of the furnace space to maintain normal combustion.
