FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynaecology, and can be used in treating pyoinflammatory diseases of uterine appendages. Under ultrasound control, a pyoinflammatory cavity is punctured and the contents are evacuated, after which 20–40 ml of 0.04 % sodium hypochlorite is introduced into it with exposure for 4–5 minutes. Antimicrobial preparation is administered vaginally in dose of 1 suppository once a day at bedtime for 5 days in a combination with an antibacterial preparation which is also used parenterally for 5 days. Further, the patient restores the vaginal microflora by introducing eubiotic vaginally 1 suppository once a day at night for 6 days.
EFFECT: method enables reducing the risk of recurrences of the disease, increasing the effectiveness of treating pyoinflammatory diseases of the uterine appendages, reducing the frequency of side effects of antibacterial preparations due to the use of sodium hypochlorite, which enables to reduce the dose and reduce the course of antibacterial treatment.
