FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to gynecology, and can be used to assess the acid-base balance of female genital organs. To do this, the vaginal mirror and the pH-metric probe are inserted into the vagina. Then the pH is examined and compared with the reference values. In this case, the pH in the region of the external cavity of the uterine neck and in the posterior vault of the vagina is consistently investigated. Method for assessing the acid-base balance of female genital organs, including a study of the pH in the cervical canal and/or in the region of the internal throat and/or pH in the uterine cavity and/or the uterine mucosa, is also provided.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows to more accurately determine the pH of female genital organs for diagnosis and evaluation of the treatment of inflammatory diseases of internal genital organs and for the prediction of the result of in vitro fertilization in women with infertility.
