SUBSTANCE: use for automatic control and notification in the area of repair works on the main gas pipeline. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that the device for automatic control and warning in the area of repair works on the main gas pipeline using temporary sealing devices comprises a control unit, which additionally includes a logic unit with a programmed relay, an indication unit providing indication, storage batteries and a power supply. In addition, the automatic control and notification device is additionally equipped with a sensor or sensors of displacement, which enable to measure the movement parameters of the temporary sealing device, wherein the displacement sensor is arranged with the possibility of measuring the movement parameters of the temporary sealing device in the in-pipe space, displacement and gas content sensors are installed inside the main gas pipeline and with the possibility of transmitting the displacement and gas content measurement data to the control unit by means of a wire connection and are fixed in a process hole located at a distance from the repair site, pressure sensor is installed and fixed with the possibility of transmitting data of measurement of pressure parameters to the control unit by means of wire communication.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of remote continuous automatic monitoring of the working pressure value in the temporary sealing device, its movement and gas content in the place of its installation and notification of the personnel about the emergency situation.
