SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a set-back device mounted and dismantled by several types. Technical result is achieved by the fact that the setting device for connection of the fixed window or door frame with the window or door flap, wherein this setting device has a rebate lever guide system fixed on the flap, having a rebate lever guide; set aside bracket for connection of rebate lever guide system with fixed frame; wherein the backing bracket is made with the possibility of a reversibly disconnected connection with the rebate lever guide system by at least two different principles of connection, technical result is also achieved by a device for closing openings, such as a window or a door, comprising such a setting device, as well as technical result is achieved by method of connection of window or door flap by means of use of such a suction device.
