FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a fitting of a wing of a window or a door that can at least be lifted. In particular, the invention relates to a locking device with a drive lever disposed on the wing, which includes a drive rod that is moved downwardly by a drive handle to lower the leaf. Accordingly, when the sash is lowered, closure occurs with a close fit of the flap to the frame due to the weight of the flap. To solve the problem of the invention, there is provided an accessory equipped with a running guide bar, and on the vertical bar inside the hardware groove of the casement there is a drive lever, comprising a drive rod that is moved downwardly by a drive device for lowering the flap and transmitting the movement by means of a corner switch to at least one conjugated runner.
EFFECT: purpose of the invention is to provide an apparatus for providing and facilitating the operation of a window or door that facilitates the movement of an elevated, preferably movable flap, from an openly retracted position in the closing direction to the frame, which will have a higher degree of protection against burglary, provide the location of the flap to the frame for slit aeration, and will also be more economical and make possible a simple, fast, reliable and accurate mounting and adjustment and does not require a large installation space, and all options will be covered.
