SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of industrial fishing, namely to devices for prevention of fish exit from the trawl. Device includes a shutter and a system for remote control of the shutter with an actuator. Shutter covering the trawl mouth is made in the form of oval rings attached to the upper line and the lower line forming the trawl mouth. Flexible connection in the form of a tightening flexible cable is passed through the rings, which provides the convergence of the oval rings and tightening the mouth part of the trawl during operation of the device.

EFFECT: invention prevents fish from leaving the trawl mouth after towing is stopped.
