FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to production of capacitors with solid electrolyte, in which anode of which is valve metal – tantalum, dielectric is oxide of this metal, and cathode coating is made of manganese dioxide or conducting polymer. Result is achieved due to performance of anodizing process in electrolyte containing triethylene glycol of dimethyl ether, with gradual reduction of current density during process of anode metal oxidation. Capacitor contains an anode pressed from tantalum powder with specific charge from 1,000 to 200,000 mcC/g, density from 4.5 to 9.0 g/cm3 and sintered under conditions of high vacuum and temperatures from 1,200 to 2,100 °C, dielectric, cathode coating based on manganese dioxide or conducting polymer of polyethylene dioxythiophene, carbon layer, which is a transition coating, a silver-containing layer, which is a contact coating, a non-tight shell.
EFFECT: increasing the operating voltage of capacitor to 125 V, as well as the quality of the dielectric film formed by electrochemical oxidation of the valve metal at voltages of up to 400 V.
