SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to a method to produce solid electrolytic capacitors with low leakage current, namely to the method to produce capacitor anodes based on a valve metal in the course of their pressing, as well as to a solid electrolytic capacitor and an electronic system with such a capacitor. The proposed method to produce capacitors involves the usage of wear-resistant pressing or cutting tools made from ceramic materials, for example, those based on oxides of aluminium, magnesium, zirconium, silicon carbides etc. with their concentration on the anode surface being a trace one, the said usage allows for the formation of a capacitor body with low leakage current. Additionally, further processing of the capacitor anodes after pressing, sintering or applying of an oxide layer by the solutions of a complexing agent, oxidiser, acid also provides for the reduction of leakage current of the solid electrolytic capacitor.
EFFECT: reduction of the leakage current of the solid electrolytic capacitor.
