SUBSTANCE: result is provided due to the fact that the output register of the digital information source is conditionally divided into a number of connected K n-bit units, information from which is transmitted to the antenna unit of the transmitter, having n parallel-connected output stages. Each of the n-bit units Ki=N/n, where N is the capacity of the output register, an is the number of synthesizer frequencies, which coincides with the number of bits of each of the Ki units and the number n of output stages. Each of Ki n-bit units has its own amplitude of output pulses, and all similar bits of each Ki unit are connected to each other. This allows summing the output signals of each of them at one of the frequencies. Discharges are also connected to each of the n output units of the transmitter, and each of the n frequencies coming from the switch is supplied to the output units, creating n! combinations of frequencies, wherein a plurality of signals B is formed as B = n!mn, where m is a possible number of amplitudes obtained in each of n output stages as a result of summation of signals of like digits.
EFFECT: high noise-immunity of the system, wider message alphabet and simple radio signal modulation scheme.
