SUBSTANCE: invention relates to crushers with rotary impact elements. Crusher comprises a bed, a impeller with a hole with a diameter in range of 235 to 255 mm, shifted relative to the axis of rotation of the motor shaft downwards by a distance in range of 3 to 15 mm, supports, the number of which is in range of 3 to 6, an electric motor, a fan with diameter in range of 530 to 590 mm, made of steel. Number of fan blades is from 6 to 18, and the thickness is in range from 4 to 10 mm, at the same time the fan blades are mounted to the fan base by the tenon-slot method with subsequent welding. Crusher also comprises a rotor with hammers on axles, the number of which ranges from 4 to 6, a replaceable sieve and an ejection path, wherein the ejection path is made of two parts welded together. Crusher also comprises a gravity cleaner, an adjusting slit-like plate and an outlet opening of rectangular cross-section with a side ratio of 1:1.
