FIELD: agriculture; machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for grinding and crushing such materials as grains, legumes, millet seeds, etc., and can be used in agriculture, for example, for feed, hay, straw etc. Rotary-vacuum crusher contains housing-volute 1, in which rotor is located, starter with thermal protection, handle, outlet branch pipe, motor 4, cover, inlet branch pipe 9, wheels 10, frame 11, detachable screen, mounting bolts, scavenging stone. Rotor has a star structure with six beams with vanes fixed on each beam in amount of 4 to 10 pieces and is configured to simultaneously perform two functions—fan function and grinder function. In the middle of the rotor there is a bushing which serves to put the rotor directly on the shaft of electric motor 4. In the grinder there can be used an electric motor with power of 3 kW and 4 kW for operation from mains at 220 V or 380 V.

EFFECT: invention provides the possibility to reduce weight and dimensions of crusher.
