SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an emergency run adapter for a vehicle wheel, comprising a rim and a tire arranged on the rim, wherein the emergency run adapter is designed to be mounted on the outer side of the vehicle wheel. Emergency run nozzle (10) for vehicle wheel (12) comprises annular mounting part (18) serving to install the emergency run nozzle on the vehicle wheel, and annular tread part (20), which in working condition comes into contact with road surface. Mounting part comprises at least two fixing grips (22) configured to attach the mounting part to wheel rim (14) of the vehicle by engaging with rim flange (26). At least one of the fixing grips is made radially movable to change its distance from the centre of the mounting part. Mounting part comprises an annular actuating element made with possibility of rotation around axis (A) of rotation coinciding with the vehicle wheel axis in the emergency running nozzle working state, and which is part of the transmission, which converts rotation of the actuating element into radial displacement of said or all said radially movable fixing grips. Mounting part comprises drive device, which is connected or made with possibility of connection with actuating element.

EFFECT: higher reliability of attachment to vehicle wheel, simplified installation.
