FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, oncology, mammology. In patients with breast volume corresponding to 0–2 breast size, and tumour size requiring resection, exceeding 20% of breast volume, including performing organ-preserving surgery. After resection of glandular tissue, breast skin is laid on muscles of chest wall, adjuvant therapy and restoration of volume and shape of mammary gland with autologous fat tissue after adjuvant therapy are performed.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce traumatism of operations, in more cases to avoid technically complicated and expensive mastectomy operation with single-stage reconstruction by implant or flap with specific complications, promotes preservation of naturalness of operated mammary gland.
