Optoelectronic analogue-to-digital converter, including a source of pulsed optical radiation, two optical Y-splitters, two groups of two linear polarisers, each, wherein polarization directions of linear polarisers in each group are mutually perpendicular, and directions of polarization of similar linear polarisers of both groups coincide; optical delay element, optical coupler, electrooptical modulator, two photodetectors, two N-bit identical ADCs and an N-bit OR element, the output of which is the output of the device.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at solving the problem of increasing the speed of conversion of electrical analogue signals into a position binary code.
