SUBSTANCE: present invention discloses a hinge assembly, as well as an opening and closing device. Hinge assembly comprises a first alignment element and a second alignment element connected with possibility of rotation. First alignment element has a first curvilinear surface and a second curvilinear surface at one end, and the second alignment element has a third curvilinear surface and a fourth curvilinear surface at one end. First alignment element and the second alignment element have a first state and a second state. First alignment element and second alignment element are made with possibility of rotation relative to each other around the first axis to enable transfer between a first state and a second state. In the first state, the first curvilinear surface adjoins the third curvilinear surface and is aligned with it. In the second state, the second curvilinear surface adjoins the fourth curvilinear surface and is aligned with it.

EFFECT: different states of the hinge assembly can be used to facilitate the opening of the main part in the form of the door of the opening and closing device and to provide pressure when the door is closed, which improves consumer sensation of use and tightness of opening and closing device in closed state.
