Second component (14) is hingedly connected to first component (12) and rigidly connected to the main body. Main spring (16) is connected to coupling part (18) located inside first component (12) and to first component (12). Coupling part (18) is connected to main spring (16) and to second component (14). Damping component (20) comprises damper body (200), telescopic rod (202), return spring (204), restraining piece (206), and third rotating shaft (208).
EFFECT: loop is proposed that creates a damping effect.
