SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a food package comprising a product container, a sealing foil connected to the edge of the opening of the container, and a product extraction tool attached to the surface of the sealing foil. Food package comprising container (2) and sealing foil (6) connected to the edge of the opening of said container, and tool (16) for extracting said product attached to the surface of said sealing foil, wherein sealing foil (6) comprises a surface of thermoplastic material, said tool (16) is a flattened element of cellulose or wood-cellulose material, made in the form of a blade, and attached to said surface of sealing foil by ultrasonic welding, without additional adhesive material, along part of fold line (40) formed on surface of said tool by sonotrode during welding process.

EFFECT: purpose of the present invention is to disconnect the scooping tool without detaching the foil from the edges of the container opening or breaking the foil in the area of adhesion of the tool to the foil.
