SUBSTANCE: invention relates to robotics and can be used to create control systems for multi-link manipulators. Control device enables to generate a corresponding control signal for the additional degree of manipulator mobility, which provides for movement of the manipulator base over long distances with a given orientation of its gripper in the process of performing working operations, including, on extended in horizontal plane objects, which allows to significantly expand area of manipulator operations with various objects.
EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to expand technological capabilities of the manipulator.
