FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, in particular to downhole equipment, and is intended to provide input of downhole equipment (DE), for example, an assembly, into an underlying string or DE. Guide device comprises a housing with a groove made on the inner surface, which holds a bush having a skewed cut, on the outer surface of which a longitudinal slot is made. In the housing there is a retainer made with possibility of movement along the longitudinal slot of the bushing. Collet is movably located in the housing with its lobes fitted in the housing groove and resting on the bushing. On the collet there is a spring limited from below by a support ring installed on the collet, and from above by an internal projection of the housing. At the same time the housing in the lower part has an oblique cut, which is directed to the opposite side relative to the oblique cut of the bushing.

EFFECT: higher reliability and efficiency of the guide device in vertical, directional and/or horizontal wells.
