FIELD: obtaining oil and gas from wells.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to oil and gas industry, specifically to devices for cementing a shank in a well and methods for use thereof. Device for cementing a shank in a well comprises a housing in the form of a pipe with an outer stepped surface and an axial hole, in the upper part equipped with an upper coupling for connection to a supporting pipe string, and lower part is made in form of nipple equipped with sealing elements. Upper shaft is installed on the nipple, with the bore of which it tightly interacts with possibility of longitudinal movement. Upper shaft is connected by means of coupling to lower shaft connected to shank. Lower pipe of shank is equipped with bottom-hole assembly including upper, middle and lower subs, coupling connecting middle and lower subs, a shoe, a valve assembly installed in the middle sub, under which a plug is installed in the coupling, and circulation holes are made in the wall of the lower sub. In the upper sub there is a fixed bushing, in the bore of which there is a movable bushing with a landing seat for a blow-off ball, which covers in an initial position the side circulation holes made in the wall of the fixed bushing housing. Funnel is fixed on the housing without possibility of rotation. Disconnector connecting the supporting pipe string and the funnel comprises a collet fixedly mounted on the housing, unclamped elastically deformable tabs with projections of which interact with the funnel by means of a left cylindrical thread and are fixed in the interaction position by the upper differential bushing, installed on the housing groove and connected to it by shear screws. After the differential bushing is moved to the uppermost position, it interacts with the lower end with the middle stopper, and the collet blades close inside, being placed in the shaped annular groove made on the housing groove. Movable outer bushing with stepped axial hole is installed with possibility of longitudinal upward movement on upper stage of housing and fixation in extreme upper position by upper stop, on its lower annular end and upper annular end of funnel there are interacting ledges. Device contains elements for their interaction for the torque transfer to the right, clockwise, from the supporting pipe string to the shank during the cement grout forcing, elements for their interaction for deactivating the torque transfer function from the supporting pipe string to the shank mechanically, anchor assembly, packer assembly and elements for their interaction for its activation. It includes a suspended plug with a setting seat, which is installed in a protective casing connected to the lower end of the nipple, and a displacement plug interacting with the suspended plug.
