FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of material on CNC milling machines and machines with automatic tool change and can be used for automatic removal of bridges between workpieces. Milling unit is installed on circuit board of three-dimensional milling machine. Milling unit comprises support plate to which spindle with cutter is attached. Coordinate table consisting of upper and lower movable plates and made with possibility of displacement in three coordinates is installed on milling unit. Upper plate is connected to the lower one through two coordinate units. Pressure cap is fixed on the lower surface of the lower plate. Coordinate table transfers pressure to the lower plate by means of pneumatic cylinders with preservation of mobility of the lower plate relative to the upper one. Bridges between the workpieces are removed by pressing down the package with material with the pressure cap and simultaneous displacement of the spindle with the cutter in three coordinates X, Y, Z.
EFFECT: possibility of automatic cutting of material from several sheets and subsequent removal of the bridge without material shift.
