SUBSTANCE: article of bottom wear includes widths and a belt-drawstring with a set of belts inside, at the same time the belt-drawstring on the outer side has two pairs of holes: middle and lateral, set of belts, including a long and short belt, each of which has one free end, and each second end has mating parts of one two-component fastener, wherein the free end of the short belt extending from the left opening of the side pair and the free end of the long belt extending from the right opening of the side pair are tied into a decoupled knot, end of short belt with part of two-component fastener, coming out of right hole of middle pair, and end of long belt coming out of left hole of middle pair, are fastened with two-component fastener, wherein the short belt is fixed by means of a line on the belt-drawstring at the gap between the right hole of the middle pair and the left hole of the side pair, wherein to adjust the degree of adherence of the drawstring belt to the body of the user, the belt is untied and by loosening/tightening the belts and again fixed with a knot, and to facilitate putting on and taking off of the bottom wear, the two-component belt fastener is opened/closed.
