SUBSTANCE: invention relates to items for bottom wear, namely to trousers, in particular to shorts. The item for bottom wear contains a drawstring belt, which has a left middle outlet and a right middle outlet in front, a left side outlet and a right side outlet on the side. A lace is threaded through the drawstring belt, which consists of a long part and a short part. The long part of the lace is threaded through the left middle outlet, passed through the drawstring belt and out through the right side outlet. The short part of the lace is threaded through the right middle outlet, passed through the drawstring belt and out through the left side outlet. The short part of the lace, released through the right middle outlet, is associated with the clasp lock, and the long part of the lace, released through the left middle outlet, is associated with the mating part of the clasp. A carabiner or fastex or hooks are used as a clasp. The long part of the lace, released through the right side outlet, and the short part of the lace, released through the left side outlet, are tied in a knot. The free ends of the lace, tied in a knot, have aglets.

EFFECT: invention allows to quickly fix/unfasten the fastener of a piece of bottom wear at the user's waist, eliminating further tension of the lace by tying a knot.
