FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to unmanned aerial vehicle batteries recharging during flight. Unmanned aircraft system (UAS) battery charging device comprises a threshold device, a power source in the form of an ultracapacitor and onboard electrodes made in the form of two monoelectret units, one of which has a positive charge, and the second is a negative charge, an atmospheric power source unit, two skin sheets placed on the wing consoles and electrically isolated from the remaining elements, one of sheets is connected to the input of the monoelectret unit, having a positive charge, and the second sheet, on the surface of which there is a layer of dielectric material, is connected to the input of the monoelectret unit having a negative charge. Atmospheric power source unit includes an antenna connected to the input of the secondary step-up winding of the transformer, to the primary winding of which a high-frequency periodic voltage generator is connected, a stabilization and limitation unit, a laser unit emitting in the infrared range of the spectrum, and a monoelectric unit having a zero electric charge.
EFFECT: increased duration, range and speed of UAS flight.
