FIELD: melioration; protection of land and water resources.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for year-round and continuous removal of manure from cattle housing and preparation for utilization of liquid fraction of manure on agricultural landscapes. System includes a manure collector with an outlet gravity channel with slope of 5–10°, at least two bioreactors with air blowers supplying air under level of liquid fraction of manure, filtering sieves with cells from 2x2 to 5x5 cm, receiving tank with homogenizer and faecal pump, screw separator. Receiving tank with homogenizer and faecal pump, screw separator for separation of manure into solid and liquid fractions and bioreactors are interconnected in series through a pipeline network. System additionally has manure collectors with outlet gravity channels equipped with slide gates, according to the number of livestock premises, main tray and return pipeline located in parallel relative to each other, which are connected to each other at one end. At the other end the main tray through filtering sieves, receiving tank with homogenizer and faecal pump is connected with screw separator for separation of manure into solid and liquid fractions and feeding the latter into bioreactor. Return pipeline is connected to the bioreactor at the other end through an additional pump. Between return pipeline and main tray there are additional channels equipped with slotted nozzles and interfaced with gravity channels of manure collectors. One of the slotted nozzles is located at the bottom and at the beginning of the main tray at the point of its conjugation with the return pipeline.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of processes of continuous removal of manure effluents, preservation of natural resources and reduction of overall dimensions of bioreactors and manure accumulators.
