SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural instrument making and can be used in research laboratories, as well as in agricultural enterprises for determining strength of fruit and vegetable products. Test bench comprises a lever system of a bed, a stand and a lever, a loading system of a load, a deformer and a support platform with a fruit, means of measuring and fixing indicators in the form of an indicator. Test bench additionally contains a bracket, hinges, an electric actuator, a speed controller, a stabilized power supply, a rocker die, a rod, a coupling sleeve, a pusher, screws, a platform with a plate, a stand for the indicator mounting, strain gauge beam with glued strain gauges, strain gage, analogue-to-digital converter and computer.

EFFECT: use of the invention will make it possible to expand the functional possibility of investigating simultaneous deformation of several fruits, as well as to provide visualization of the process of deformation of the fruit in real time.
