FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technical field of parametric optimization for the preparation of optimized combined batches which meet a set of criteria imposed by a purchase request from customers on a standardized requested batch of a processed raw product. Disclosed is a tanning system (DT) for providing a batch (LOkr) of hides (1ij) of homogeneous quality (Gkr) from several tanneries (Fi) intended for undergoing a conversion step (Se); (i) the size of which exceeds the number of hides having a grade (Gkr) of each tanning factory; and (ii) which minimizes or maximizes the statistical numerical limitation parameter (PN) of the global statistical technical characteristic of all hides in the batch. It includes (a) a computer network (RL), which connects an online platform (CL) with at least two tanneries and two digital scanners (19i); (b) means for filtering (25) by grade (G) of all available hides (1ij) in order to select a combined subset (SCkr) of corresponding fractions (FCi) of hides from tanneries having grade (Gkr); (c) batch optimization means (26) for (i) making samples of sets of combined corresponding subfractions (Sim) of corresponding fractions, (ii) for determining, for each sample, the achieved value of the numerical limitation parameter, and (iii) to compose an optimum batch by a selection that maximizes or minimizes the numerical limitation parameter.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to automate both control and sorting, as well as transactions with products with reference to large volumes.
