FIELD: oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry and can be used in development of massive oil deposit. Method for development of massive oil deposit includes drilling of production and injection wells, construction of structural maps and maps of oil-saturated thicknesses, extraction from production wells and injection of displacement agent into injection wells, separation of zone with oil-saturated thickness, drilling of production well in it with horizontal end with two faces. Branched horizontal well with two faces is drilled in the zone of oil-saturated thickness equal to at least 12 m and having no abrupt drops of wings of the structure controlling the oil deposit. At that, the first upper borehole with horizontal end is made in thickness making 25% of top to total oil-saturated thickness along the section and zenith angle output by 90°. Further, geophysical and hydrodynamic investigations are carried out, based on their results, the second lower horizontal borehole is drilled with zenith angle of 78°–90° under the first shaft and parallel to it at a vertical distance of at least 6 m. In case watering of the product is more than 70% after geophysical and hydrodynamic investigations carried out for specific determination of watered thickness of the formation, and in case of watering of the lower part of the formation, the lower shaft is changed over to intermittent injection.

EFFECT: enabling increase in development of reserves of the site and the deposit as a whole, increase in oil recovery of oil deposits with large oil-saturated thicknesses, increase in the well operation life, reduction in the volume of produced associated water.
