SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry, namely the development of oil deposits in carbonate and terrigenous layered reservoirs separated by impermeable interlayers. A method for developing a deposit in layered reservoirs includes identifying areas with two or more productive formations and/or interlayers in a section and conducting geophysical studies of productive formations and/or interlayers. Sections with the lower most productive and massive in thickness layer and/or interlayer are pre-allocated. After that, an opening is performed along a technological grid and the construction of injection wells and production horizontal wells connected with productive formations and/or interlayers. During the construction of a production well, opening by drilling is carried out in two stages. The first stage includes opening with an inclined section with a zenith angle of 50-85° to the top of the lower formation and/or interlayer, followed by its fixing by cementing the casing string. The second stage includes the opening of the lower productive formation and/or interlayer with a zenith angle of 85-95° and a length of at least 200 m with a horizontal open hole. than 10% of their average pressure. The production well is equipped with an installation for simultaneous-separate operation with the placement of a packer between the perforation intervals and the open hole of the well for separate production of products from the upper and lower productive strata and/or interlayers. Next, the working agent is injected through the injection wells to maintain reservoir pressure and the product is withdrawn through the production wells with the control of the water cut of the produced product.
