SUBSTANCE: invention represents a strain of endophytic bacteria Bacillus pumilus BIS88, deposited in the Network Bioresource Collection in the field of genetic technologies for agriculture (VKSM) at FSBSI ARRIAM under number RCAM 03199, exhibiting bactericidal and fungicidal activity, as an agent for improving nutrition, accelerating growth and increasing productivity of grain, vegetable and industrial crops and for controlling stress factors of chloride salinization and pollutants. It was found that for the effective use of the Bacillus pumilus BIS88 bacterial strain, the titer of its viable cells and spores in various biological preparations should be 105-109 cl/ml of culture fluid.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to accelerate growth and increase productivity of grain, vegetable and industrial crops.
