CAVITATION HEAT GENERATOR Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC F24V40/00

Abstract RU 2823077 C1

FIELD: heat power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used for heating liquid in heating systems and in various fields where activation, destruction and change of physical and chemical properties of liquid systems is required. Cavitation heat generator includes closed housing with pipes for supply of heated liquid and removal of heated liquid. Rotors made in the form of two discs are installed inside the housing. In each rotor disc on both sides there are rigidly fixed suction turbines, closed at the ends, opposite to which cavitation mixers are made in circumferential direction in discs of rotors, consisting of through conical-cylindrical channels from first and fourth turbines, directed into cavity between discs, wherein in the narrowing part of the channels there are opposite channels from the second and third turbines of the rotors at an angle of not more than 45° relative to counter flow of liquid from first and fourth turbines to create a disturbing flow and above along the radius of the second and third suction turbines along the circumference on the inner side. At least two rows of pins are rigidly installed in each disc of rotors. Height of pins does not exceed height of suction turbine blades. Each disk of rotors is rigidly fixed on independent shafts having independent drives and rotating towards each other. Presence of two independent drives of the heat generator makes it possible to use only one rotor of the heat generator to control the temperature of the heated liquid, when ambient temperature is high enough. This leads to optimization of the process and reduction of power consumption.

EFFECT: exclusion of microbubbles collapse on the surface of rotors and increasing heat output.
