FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: heat cavitation generator includes rotor formed by means of in-series installation of centrifugal and cavitation wheels of semi-open type, guide vanes with vaned grid, suction and delivery covers with brackets of support assemblies. Cavitation wheels are made in the form of perforated conoidal-cylindrical nozzles of disc with radial-beam blades, which are framed in circumferential direction with cylindrical perforated rim, and guide vanes of cavitation stage is provided with perforation in inter-vaned zone. At that, support on cavitation stage is created with conical nozzle head piece which is installed at the outlet of flow of treated medium from vaned diffuser of housing of pre-cavitation stage.
EFFECT: increased number of cavitation generation zones and hydraulic impacts on opposite flows of jets which are throttled through conoidal-cylindrical perforation nozzles, which leads to uneven growth of temperature gradient in the stage.
