FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of storing missiles. Method for vertical storage of missiles consists in possibility of compact storage of missiles in standard transport-launch containers (TLC) in vertical cells in underground multi-seat reinforced concrete storage of shaft type with concrete platform above multi-seat reinforced concrete storage. Rockets in TLC in vertical position are installed in vertical cells of multi-seat reinforced concrete storage with the help of load-lifting machine. In the upper part of the multi-seat reinforced concrete storage, sliding protective covers are installed with the possibility of ensuring the missile protection against impact waves. Rubber-metal damper is installed in the lower part of each vertical cell, with the possibility of protecting the TLC from abrupt axial overloads during loading/unloading. On walls of each vertical cell three belts of rubber-metal stops are installed, with possibility of TLC contact or damage exclusion during loading/unloading operations. Protective covers are moved by means of an electric drive along the rail guides located on the concrete platform of the multi-seat reinforced concrete storage. Reinforced concrete walls of vertical cells of the storage and protective covers are made with possibility of providing protection of missiles from strikes of enemy air attack, from damaging factors of nuclear explosion, as well as with possibility of ensuring group explosion and fire safety of missiles during their storage. In the upper part of the multi-seat reinforced concrete storage, an excess pressure release system is placed, made with possibility to exclude destruction of walls of vertical cells and action of shock waves on adjacent missiles in vertical cells. Protection of missiles from fire in vertical cells is provided by equipment of multi-seat reinforced concrete storage with irrigation/flooding system. For water drainage multi-seat reinforced concrete storage is equipped with drainage system. Missiles in vertical cells in underground multi-seat reinforced concrete storage are stored equipped with warhead and prepared for combat use.
EFFECT: placement of all types of modern missiles in standard transport-launch containers equipped with a warhead and fully prepared for combat use, in compact multi-seat reinforced concrete storage on territory of arsenals of integrated storage, with provision of their group explosion and fire safety, protection from strikes of enemy air attack and from damaging factors of nuclear explosion, with reduction of time for issuing weapons to ships and increased operational readiness of ships to solve assigned tasks.
