FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to mining industry and can be used in blasting operations both in dry wells and in flooded wells. Charging shaping universal hoses include a charging part with a tightly closed end face with adjustable fasteners and a stemming part. Charging and stemming parts are made as a single unit. On the surface of the charging part there are pockets for placing the base charge and for placing the cargo. In compliance with first version, hose stemming part diameter is equal to well diameter. Charging part is made in the form of a cone, where the upper part of the cone, which connects the stemming part and the charging part, has a diameter which is calculated depending on the strength of the rock by the formula. In the second version, the stemming part is made in the form of a cone, where the diameter of the upper part of the cone is equal to the diameter of the well, and the lower part of the cone has a diameter calculated by the formula. Charging part of the hose has the form of a volumetric figure, having a lower diameter equal to the diameter of the well, and in the upper part, at the location of more solid rocks, the diameter which is calculated depending on the strength of the rock by the formula. Connection of cylindrical surfaces and the main cone-shaped surface is carried out by means of conical surfaces, guides of which make angle of 30–40° with charge axis.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of explosion due to distribution of explosion energy along the length of the well depending on resistance of rock to destruction.
