FIELD: mining; blasting.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to development of mineral resources using blasting operations and can be used in mining industry, in performance of blasting operations for extraction of minerals by open and underground method, in mines and mines not hazardous in terms of gas and dust. Method of blasting operations, in which a vertical or inclined well is drilled in the earth's surface, bringing the emulsion explosive material (EEM) supply hose to the well bottom, the live explosive is lowered into the well, performing the EEM supply into the well, placing the tightening weight in the stemming material separator and EEM, consisting of at least two layers of an air-permeable membrane made in a cone-shaped form, and an annular elastic sealant placed between the membrane layers, having a diameter greater than the well diameter, separator is lowered into the well to the surface of the EEM by means of a tightening weight, the well is filled with stemming material on its entire uncharged part, the EEM are exploded using a primer. Circular elastic seal is made from foamed polypropylene with diameter exceeding well diameter by 5-10%. Membrane is made of woven polypropylene sleeve. Membrane and circular elastic seal are connected in circumferential direction on its upper side. Hose is lifted at the speed equal to that of EEM column growth during its supply. Striker is lowered to a height equal to half the height of the EEM column from the bottom of the well.

EFFECT: simplification and increase in the reliability of separation of EEM and stemming material, as well as increase in the efficiency and safety of the work performed.
