FIELD: rocketry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rocketry, particularly, to solid-propellant rocket engines. Solid-propellant rocket engine comprises cylindrical housing, in the output part of which a central body secured at pylons to form with housing an annular nozzle of external expansion, channel-slotted solid-propellant charge firmly secured to housing inner surface, and igniter. In the inner cavity of the central body there is a fairing having the shape of a truncated cone and extended from the inner cavity of the central body by means of a telescopic rod, inside which a solid-propellant gas generator is located. Shields connected to power drives and providing thrust vector control are fixed on the end face of the fairing.
EFFECT: disclosed is a solid-propellant rocket engine.
