SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a system for online oil cleaning of a tunnel boring machine and a tunnel boring machine. System of online cleaning of tunnel boring machine oil includes: hydraulic oil tank; tunnel boring machine hydraulic system, connected to the hydraulic oil tank and configured to control the tunnel boring machine operation, wherein the tunnel boring machine hydraulic system includes the main oil pump; serial pump, which is coaxially connected to the main oil pump, wherein the inlet of the series pump is connected to the hydraulic oil tank; and a fine filtration system, wherein the fine filtration system inlet is connected to the oil pump outlet, and the fine filtration system outlet is connected to the hydraulic oil tank.
EFFECT: using one embodiment of the present invention, forced oil filtration can be realized in real time during operation of the tunnel boring machine, the purity of the oil is guaranteed, no need for an additional power supply, reduced failure rate of the hydraulic system and longer service life of the equipment.
