SUBSTANCE: travel speed feedback device and intelligent tunnel boring machine are proposed. Travel speed feedback device includes an encoding disc, a sensor and an electrical device, wherein the encoding disc is rigidly connected to the sprocket, plurality of metal grids are uniformly distributed on coding disc in circumferential direction, and the hydraulic motor is configured to drive the speed reducer to drive the coding disc in synchronism with the sprocket; sensor is connected to the protective casing of the sprocket, the sensor is rigidly connected to the frame, the sensor is located perpendicular to the plane in which the coding disc is located, and is located exactly opposite the metal grid; electrical device is electrically connected to the sensor and is configured to calculate the travel speed and distance of movement of the intelligent tunnel boring machine.
EFFECT: according to the travel speed feedback device and the intelligent tunnel boring machine proposed in accordance with the disclosure, metal grid actuates a sensor and transmits a signal to an electrical device, by means of which the speed and distance of movement of the intelligent tunnel boring machine are calculated, and conversion based on the ratio of the speed reducer and the hydraulic motor rotation frequencies is not required, and a simple calculation process and high accuracy are provided; sensor is located on the outer side of the tunnel boring machine, which facilitates dismantling and maintenance performed by the worker.
