SUBSTANCE: functional food product with adaptogenic and tonic action is proposed, including velvet antlers concentrate, dry extract of purple coneflower herb, Astragalus membranaceus root, and greater burdock root. Extracts of each plant component are prepared separately.
EFFECT: invention enables to expand the range of agents having adaptogenic and tonic action, reducing the costs of scarce raw materials when using available vegetal raw materials and simplifying the technological process of the product production.
