FIELD: devices for meat raw material processing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to meat grinders. Meat grinder has an automatically tightening connecting pipe for meat grinding. Meat grinder includes a meat grinding drum and a socket for a connecting pipe. Socket of the connecting pipe has a connector in the form of a cylinder. Meat grinding drum has a head providing connection to the connector. Sensor is installed inside the socket of the connecting pipe at the location of the connector, which is triggered when the head and the connector are connected. Socket of the connecting pipe is equipped with a device for protection against falling out, which includes a fall-out protection clutch and a drive source. Drive is used to provide rotation of the fall-out protection clutch relative to the connector. Drum head is equipped with the first latching structure. Collar for protection against falling out is equipped with the second latching structure, which is connected to the first latching structure. During rotation of the fall-out protection clutch, the second latching structure is fixed in the first latching structure and limits the transverse runout, arising between the meat grinding drum and the socket of the connecting pipe. When installing the meat grinding drum by the user, the socket of the connecting pipe automatically attracts the drum for meat grinding and does not require manual operation of its fixation.

EFFECT: use of the invention will increase automation of the meat grinder.
