SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technical field of binders, which can be used to replace bitumen, in particular, in the field of road construction. Disclosed is a deasphalted resin composition for road or industrial application, including a mixture of deasphalted resin comprising at least 90 wt.% of total weight of the composition, hydroxide XOH, where X = Na or K, which is 0.001–1 wt.% of total weight of the composition.

EFFECT: described resin composition according to the invention can be a substitute for bitumen compositions, which can be beneficial in case of shortage of bitumen.
