FIELD: elements of electrical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to elements of electrical equipment and can be used in various industries. In the proposed method, at all stages of filling the inner space of the branch pipe, the same heat-resistant material of different viscosity is used as a composite material. Preliminarily, wires assembled into a bundle are fixed with a locking element from the side of contacts. Further, the wires are lubricated to the depth of filling with a low-viscosity composite material and fixed in a bundle with an internal bandage. After that, viscous composite material is applied on the locking element to the inner diameter of the branch pipe and the branch pipe with the connector housing is fixed by means of the branch pipe nut. Then the remaining space is filled up to the end of the branch pipe with low-viscosity composite material. After that, the branch pipe with the straight nut is mechanically fixed with the subsequent installation of brackets with the formation of a straight section of wires.

EFFECT: invention improves operational characteristics of the bundle and cable by providing its protection against mechanical stresses under conditions of prolonged vibration loads, high temperatures and radiation without using a wide range of materials, while reducing time spent on pouring materials.
