SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technique of capturing wild animals and to the police equipment of non-lethal weapons for immobilization of offenders. Bullet-syringe has a body, an injection needle, a solution or suspension of an immobilizing substance, ready rifling ledges or leading belt or part leading along rifling barrel, in the housing there is a device for extending the needle from the housing of an inertial or pyrotechnic type and a device for displacing the immobilizing substance into the target of a pneumatic, mechanical or pyrotechnic type, note here that said front part has breakthrough element.
EFFECT: creation of a bullet-syringe for immobilization of biological objects with high accuracy of hits, absence of injuries for the user with possibility of loading it into multiple-charge pneumatic and fire weapons cartridges and drums.
