FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: wave reduction gear comprises a housing, a cover, two bearing supports, a spider with pins, input and output shafts, two bevel gears, the first of which is fixed relative to the housing in a circumferential direction and is made with possibility of making angular oscillations in two perpendicular planes passing through axes of spider pins under action of oscillation generator in form of bevelled at angle end face at the end of the input shaft. First wheel is equipped with a thrust bearing made of antifriction material in contact with the oscillation generator. Second wheel is connected coaxially to the output shaft. Teeth of the first wheel are made in the form of semi-conical protrusions engaging with semi-conical recesses of the second wheel. Axes of semi-conical ledges and recesses coincide with generatrices of wheel dividing cones. Radii of teeth of semi-circular profiles are identical. In the gaps the teeth of the wheels are conjugated with each other by a conical surface tangent to the surface of two adjacent teeth and to the surface of the pitch cone. Axes of wheels and spider pins intersect in the point lying on the axis of rotation of the shafts, as well as on the bevelled at angle end face at the end of the input shaft. Difference in number of teeth between first and second bevel gears is at least one tooth.
EFFECT: higher load capacity of transmission, improved manufacturability and reduced wear.
