FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for stripping acidic water, which consists in using a plant for stripping acidic water, comprising a rectification column with an upper vertical dividing wall, in which hydrogen sulphide concentration zone, ammonia concentration zone and common stripping zone of column, arranged in the main section of the lower part of the column, are formed. At that, process of acidic water stripping includes stages, on which zones of the rectification column are heated to temperatures ensuring the stripping process, the creation and maintaining working pressure in rectification column, acidic water is heated to operating temperature to allow the stripping process and its supply into the hydrogen sulphide concentration zone. At that, into the hydrogen sulphide concentration zone as irrigation, stripped water is supplied, which is pre-cooled to temperature of 30–50 °C, and providing the output from the plant of the balance excess of the stripped water from the bottom of the rectification column. Simultaneously with this, hydrogen sulphide vapours are removed from the hydrogen sulphide concentration zone and ammonia and water vapours are directed from the ammonia concentration zone to the condensation and cooling zone with subsequent separation of the obtained two-phase stream of ammonia vapours and condensed ammonia water so that the ammonia stream is removed as a gaseous phase from the plant, and the liquid phase containing ammonia water is fed back into the ammonia concentration zone as live irrigation.
EFFECT: simple process of stripping acidic water with simultaneous increase in energy efficiency of the disclosed method.
