SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for automated build-up of bitumen-polymer materials on various surfaces and can be used in construction for waterproofing of roofs, walls, foundations, water tanks, basement and ceilings. Device includes burner, gas pressure regulator with pressure gauge, gas hose, pressure roller. At that, it comprises a housing, including a shaft for rolled material, made with possibility of installation of rolled material on it and having the ability to freely rotate around its axis, fixed on bearings, clamping moving shaft displacement motor is secured at the housing to displace the bearing holder whereon the bearings are secured. At that, the clamping moving shaft, made with possibility of free rotation around its axis, is fixed on bearings, the clamping non-moving shaft rotation motor, which on one side is retained by the turning motor of the clamping non-moving shaft, and on the other side by the bearing, and the clamping moving shaft have a corrugated surface sufficient to prevent the material from slipping between them, burner movement unit is equipped with a rack and pinion transmission, a motor and is made with possibility of the burner movement along the non-moving shaft, wherein gas hose is connected to burner while gas pressure regulator with pressure gauge is connected to gas hose while gas pressure regulator is connected with gas cylinder. Further, the springs on one side are attached to the spring attachment unit, and on the other side to the pressure roller, at the same time in the housing there is a protrusion for the pressure roller unobstructed from the housing. At that, housing movement motor is made with possibility of housing movement, guide motor is made with possibility to change rear wheel turning angle, programmable logic controller is configured to output control actions to all actuators of the device.
